All pieces will be dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location.
We ship using either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS for all UK sales not including glass and all non framed print sales worldwide.
Pieces including glass will be shipped by fine art courier.
For shipping outside of the UK we use UPS.
All works are insured in transit.
Non framed prints will be shipped in tubes. Everything else will be shipped in secure boxes with internal bubble wrap. Certain items ( sculptures ) will be shipped in wooden crates.
All items shipped will be tracked (tracking number also provided to customer) and will need signing for.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact Asylum Gallery by phone or email within 7 days of receipt. We will aim to work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should mail it to: Asylum Gallery, 25b Chardmore Road, London, N16 6JA, UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
